Job responsibilities of Senior Officer (Stores) : 

  • Inventory control with modern technique FIFO, maintaining & updating in SAP system.
  • Reporting, reconciliation of materials, identification of slow, non-moving & scrap materials.
  • Cycle inventory stock verification on daily basis, analysis of vendor performance & price variance.
  • Review non-moving & surplus materials & transfer plan to projects other sites when where  requirements.
  • Define Min-Max Inventory in SAP (for selected Groups i.e. Lubricants, Spares & Fast-moving
  • Monitoring to material Ageing analysis & material self-life review on monthly.
  • Manage & review time to time stock min-max levels and make key decisions about stock control as per projects requirement.
  • Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development as well as motivational award
  • Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues, value addition, manage risk management
  • Process Implementation of MIS, Audit, Supply Chain, Outside Repair, FOC, Under Warranty, suggested as per management requirement
  • Visiting to other Projects for exchanging innovation idea towards overall cost reducing, storage preservation and handling of new technique.
  • Analyze to new creative ideas which is benefits to organization, cost saving evaluation, time saving, smooth & smart work. 
  • Knowledge of Store Opening & Closure projects initiative plan for safe and economic diversion and resources.
