Model Coordination & Clash Detection
Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, process) and run clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
BIM Standards & Compliance
Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications throughout the EPC lifecycle.
Interdisciplinary Coordination
Act as the central point of contact between engineering disciplines, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure model alignment and constructability.
Data Management & Model Updates
Manage BIM data, versions, and federated models; ensure timely updates reflecting design changes, RFIs, and site inputs.
Support to Construction & Planning
Support 4D/5D BIM applications, quantity take-offs, construction sequencing, and resolve site issues using BIM-based visualizations.
