- ELV Deputy / Asst. manager
B.E Electrical / Electronics with 12-15 year’s experience.
- ELV projects completion experience in hospitality, medical facility, factories, buildings, infrastructure projects.
- Design review / construction expertise of Fire alarm, access control, CCTV, BMS, SCADA, Co2 sensor systems.
- Design review / construction knowledge of Wifi access, IT Active and Passive networks, FOC cables, data, telephone, 2 way communication systems.
- DDC panels, cables for BMS, SCADA works installation and coordination for HVAC Systems (Chillers, pumps, Chilled water pipes, ducts, fans), electrical panels, UPS, lifts Etc.
- Site routing, modifications proposals and technical problem resolutions.
- BMS monitor and control of ventilation supply, exhaust, smoke extract fans and systems.
- Clean and dry rooms construction experience will be preferred.
- Testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Skills for maintaining good coordination and client relations keep-up.
- Good knowledge of work method statements, HIRA, safety and quality standards.
