- Mechanical Deputy / Asst. manager – B.E. Mechanical with 10 to 15 year’s experience.
- HVAC background and Clean / dry rooms completion experience in hospitality, medical facility, factories, buildings projects.
- Design review / construction of AHUs, DHUs, Swit Ac units, CRP panels, Chilled water and condenser water pipe lines.
- Electrical panel installation, BMS, SCADA works installation and coordination.
- Site routing, modifications proposals and technical problem resolutions.
- Installation of ventilation supply, exhaust, smoke extract fans and systems.
- Clean and dry rooms construction with class ISO 8 and 9 Levels. FM-2 class floor finish standards.
- Testing and commissioning of Clean and dry rooms.
- Good knowledge of work method statements, HIRA, safety and quality standards.
