Safety Officer – EPC Projects
We are looking for a Safety Officer to ensure effective implementation of HSE standards across EPC construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce HSE policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, lifting, confined space, excavation, electrical works)
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Ensure Permit to Work (PTW) compliance
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and audit compliance
- Support emergency preparedness and mock drills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree with Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / ADIS or equivalent)
- 3–8 years experience in EPC / construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and statutory compliance
