Deputy Manager - Construction

Role Purpose:
Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities in EPC projects while ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor site activities, construction progress, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Review quantities, measurements, billing, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve construction and technical issues at site.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support project scheduling, cost control, and timely project completion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in EPC, infrastructure, industrial, power, renewable energy, or large construction projects.
