Role Purpose:
Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities in EPC projects while ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Monitor site activities, construction progress, and contractor performance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Review quantities, measurements, billing, and resource utilization.
  • Identify and resolve construction and technical issues at site.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Support project scheduling, cost control, and timely project completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in EPC, infrastructure, industrial, power, renewable energy, or large construction projects.
