Role Summary

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project cost, schedule, and performance to ensure successful delivery of EPC projects within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules (Primavera/MS Project)
• Monitor progress, costs, and resources against baseline plans
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis (SPI/CPI)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Identify risks, delays, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams
• Ensure change management and claims documentation
• Support project planning, tendering, and reporting requirements

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Engineering; PMP / Planning certification preferred
• Strong experience in EPC or large-scale construction projects
• Expertise in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and project analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
