Job Title: Store Officer & Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the inventory (SAP, software) of all movements of materials i.e., receipt from suppliers, issuing to contractors, stock return from contractors, replacement against faulty ones etc.
  • Implementation of first time right for storge Materials, visualization of material and proper documentation
  • Responsible for inspection and physical verification with respective departments.
  • Responsible for day-to-day and monthly reports (MIS) Activities related to store.
  • Responsible for joint verification with audit teams
  • Responsible for unloading & stacking of materials
  • Responsible for material Requisition, Materials Receiving.
  • Dailly Material receiving and daily stock report, issue report daybook weekly stock report
  • Physical stock checking with stock ledger/SAP
  • Physical Vital items stock statement etc.
  • Ensure
  • Receiving the materials as per the Purchase Order i.e., in compliance with the approved GTP and Dispatch Instruction issued
  • Material reconciliation as per Sub-contractor wise and village wise.
  • To monitor & control the activity of Store
