Quality Management Department

  • Conduct site inspections for materials, workmanship, construction processes & QA/QC system.  

  • Ensure work aligns with approved construction drawings, specifications, contract documents and ISO.  

  • Identify quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities in materials or workmanship & Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are taken.  

  • Review of Manufacturer’s Test Certificate (MTC) of cement, rebar & other construction material received at site. 

  • Maintain detailed quality reports, test results, and daily inspection records including certificate, calibration, test reports, MTCs, inspection request, NCR report and site instruction, site observation and other QA/QC documents 

  • Conduct monthly meetings with Site in charge, PM, Site staff and contractors to (1) fix role and responsibilities of individual (2) to escalate quality issues (3) to reward good performers  

  • Prepare quality reports, presentations, and technical bulletin and send them to RO coordinator and other designated personnel at decided frequency. 

  • Liaising with Client on technical issues of site with relevant codes and standard.
