Assistant Manager - Fleet & Resources :
Roles & Responsibilities:-Prepares daily, weekly & monthly reports of various equipment’s productivity, efficiency, utilization, breakdown, performance, cost incurred in repairs and maintenance schedules.-Coordinating inventory management of major equipment.
-Conducting routine inspections of equipment for proper lubrication, cleaning, and maintenance.-Ensuring adequate supplies of fuel and spare parts for equipment.
-Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime. -Developing and implementing new equipment and systems, including modifications to existing ones, to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Overseeing the installation of new machinery and systems, ensuring they meet the plant's specifications and safety standards.
-Conducting routine inspections of equipment for proper lubrication, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Ensuring that all operations adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
Skills- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) is crucial for designing, analyzing, and visualizing plant and machinery. Abilities to identify root causes and complete trouble shooting. preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities and troubleshooting of overall plant and machinery.
Qualification- Diploma/Degree-Electrical (Full time course)Min- 10 + yrs experience is Construction industry for NATM as P&M Engineer
Experience of equipment- TBM, Batching plant, Backhoe Loader, Excavator, Hydra, Cranes, Grader, Transit Mixer, Tipper, Concrete mixer etc.
