Strategic Asset Management Leadership

• Lead the asset management function for multi‑location EPC projects (domestic and international), ensuring maximum asset uptime and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies covering acquisition, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
• Align asset plans with project timelines, cost targets, and organizational priorities.

2. Operations & Maintenance Excellence

• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks to reduce breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.
• Review and approve project‑level maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to OEM standards and compliance requirements.
• Establish KPIs for asset health, utilization, and operational efficiency; monitor achievement through dashboards.

3. Process & Governance

• Create and enforce SOPs for asset tracking, transfer, usage, maintenance, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards for asset operations.
• Conduct periodic audits of asset records, inventory, and site practices.

4. Digital Transformation & Systems Integration

• Lead digital initiatives related to asset management, including SAP S/4HANA, IoT‑based monitoring, and equipment tracking systems.
• Map business processes and ensure seamless integration between asset workflows and cross‑functional modules (procurement, finance, project controls).
• Drive system adoption across sites through training, capability building, and continuous improvement.

5. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, procurement, finance, and international project leadership to ensure asset‑related targets are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, service partners, OEMs, and logistics teams for maintenance, repairs, and asset mobilization.
• Provide strategic guidance to regional teams on asset allocation, planning, and cost optimization.

6. Asset Optimization & Cost Control

• Implement strategies to reduce downtime, improve equipment lifecycle, and optimize rental vs. owned asset mix.
• Drive asset utilization analysis to identify underused equipment and unlock cost savings.
• Prepare annual asset budgets, forecasts, and capex proposals.

7. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop asset management teams across regions/projects.
• Build capability in maintenance planning, equipment health monitoring, and digital systems.
