Monitor, track Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Business Target and de-bottlenecking issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve Ensure adherence to Cost Control Procedures

Analysis of financial & progress data across projects and extracting key actionable insights to ensure smooth functioning by risk mitigation.

Monitor Billing Plan and Control Project Cost.

Prepare Cost Overrun / Savings Analysis for each Cost Elements.
-
Estimate Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs, Expected Outcomes and Variance reports
-
Review & track CTC ‘s with detailed backups.
-
Develop project cash flows.
-
Assist project team in seamless update of CTCs on Tool
-
Carries-out statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals
-
Contribute to Lessons Learned through the Project.

Identifies risk across all areas of the project through period risk assessment sessions with project team & various cross functional managers, also identify suitable response measures
-
Ensure that identified mitigation actions are being implemented. This includes ensuring ownership of all risks.

Tracks and reports on risk management’s key performance indicators and takes appropriate actions to ensure KPI’s are tracked in a positive manner.

Convening key management reviews including Project Review Meetings, Operational Review Meetings, Cash Calls, Sales Funnel Reviews, Business Review Meetings etc.
