Job Responsibilities of Manager - Planning at Regional Office, Noida :

• Updating of Project Schedule on Monthly Basis and Special capability in preparation of Progress Variance report and identification of Key factors for the slippage of Project progress with reference to Plan Progress.
• Develop comprehensive Project Procurement Trackers for the tracking of delivery of material as per the agreed baseline schedule.
• Developed and tracking of Micro level Engineering, Ordering & Manufacturing activities schedule of Critical tagged items.
• Preparation of S-Curves for Residual, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing•
Developed the Overall Progress and Staffing Dashboard of the Project in Power BI.
•Estimation of Manpower requirement of the project and prepared the resource and cost utilization curves.
Work on the Change and variation plan with reference to the baseline schedule and cost of project.

• Developing the Progress Measurement Procedure, Project Monitoring and Controlling Procedure, Physical WBS, Look Ahead Schedule, Level 1, Level 3 and Level 4 cost and resources loaded schedule in Primavera.
Developed the Overall Cost Plan of an EPCC Project.

Estimation of Manpower and machinery requirement of the project and prepared the resource and cost utilization curves.
• Collecting and analyzing earned value metrics and KPI's (CPI, SPI).
• Assisting project managers with project registration and setup, budget maintenance, invoicing, accruals, and reporting.
• Participating in schedule and cost risk analysis with risk management team and developed lookahead plan to mitigate the risks.
• Preparoing the Schedule ,Cost controlling and monitoring tracker for plan Vs actual analysis of Project Schedule and cost with respect to approved baseline level 4 schedule.
