Key Responsibilities of Deputy Manager - HR
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Coordinate and implement learning programs aligned with business needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and support the creation of annual training calendars.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to organize and deliver training sessions.
- Track and report training effectiveness using feedback and basic analytics.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Support execution of employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
- Assist in rolling out leadership development and team-building programs.
- Help implement competency frameworks and career development tools.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
- Coordinate talent review discussions and maintain development plans for key talent.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Excel to track L&OD metrics.
- Generate reports and presentations to share insights with HR and business leaders.
Key Skills:
- Execution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Power BI / Excel: Ability to manage and interpret data for reporting.
- PowerPoint: Proficiency in creating clear and engaging presentations.
- Facilitation: Comfortable conducting sessions and workshops.
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines and stakeholders effectively.
