Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the document control strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish and enforce document control policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) deployment and optimization.
• Oversee the lifecycle of documents including creation, review, approval, distribution, archiving, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
• Manage version control, metadata tagging, and document classification systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of document controllers and coordinators.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, legal, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for document control audits and inspections.
• Evaluate and implement document control software and tools.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve document control processes.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and disaster recovery protocols.
