Job responsibilities of Assistant Manager -Contracts at Regioanl Office, Noida :

  • Management of contract post award of Contract. Work in collaboration with different functional teams like design, execution, planning   teams to understand project timelines, related constraints, and fulfilment of Companies obligation and monitoring of set processes.
  • Prepare including computation of claims e.g. Prolongations costs, Price Variation, Variation to the Contract etc.
  • Pursue Claims in coordination with legal team.
  • Change management process.
  • Coordination with all internal & external stakeholders and cross functional teams
  • Preparation of CAD (Contract Appreciation Documents)
  • Preparation of Contract MIS
  • Preparation of draft reply to the various contractual letters, Notice of defaults, delay analysis reports etc.
  • Preparation of Risk Analysis of tender documents.
  • Contractual communication with Client and consultant.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all the communication exchanged.
