Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Engineering:
- Develop detailed designs for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and ICT networks (active & passive).
- Prepare schematics, layouts, and technical specifications using AutoCAD/Revit and relevant design tools.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, BIS, IEEE, TIA/EIA, and local codes.
- ICT & Security Systems:
- Design structured cabling systems, data centers, and network infrastructure.
- Integrate security systems with building automation and ICT platforms.
- Coordination & Documentation:
- Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and technology vendors for seamless integration.
- Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Prepare BOQs, technical reports, and design presentations.
- Quality & Standards:
- Validate designs through simulations and performance analysis.
- Support value engineering exercises to optimize cost and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of experience in ELV, ICT, and security system design for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus.
- Strong understanding of NFPA, IEEE, TIA/EIA, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in large-scale projects such as airports, hospitals, data centers, or smart buildings.
- Familiarity with IP-based systems, IoT integration, and smart security solutions.
