- Partner with Business and develop a strong understanding of business environment.
- Enable leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment.
- Optimize resource deployment plan against AOP, Workforce planning for multiple projects.
- Manager Productivity per Employee and Employee cost as % Turnover.
- Grow line manager’s accountability and skills in managing employees.
- Manage the implementation of key HR process in close partnership with business (e.g. Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, PMS cycle, employee engagement survey action planning, Compensation planning, Talent reviews.)
- Provide leadership & guidance to team of recruiters for hiring needs of business.
- Plan and execute training needs of the Business.
- Provide guidance to Project HR Team for smooth functioning of site locations.
