Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the MEP project operations team, including project managers, engineers, coordinators, and support staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of MEP projects from inception to completion, including project scope definition, budget estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline project workflows, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to review project proposals, contracts, and specifications, providing technical input and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and inquiries.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, performance reviews, and risk assessments to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Review and approve project deliverables, including design documents, drawings, specifications, and change orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, implementing cost control measures and forecasting to ensure profitability and financial viability.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in MEP project management, driving innovation and process improvements within the organization.
