Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the MEP project operations team, including project managers, engineers, coordinators, and support staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of MEP projects from inception to completion, including project scope definition, budget estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline project workflows, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to review project proposals, contracts, and specifications, providing technical input and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and inquiries.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, performance reviews, and risk assessments to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review and approve project deliverables, including design documents, drawings, specifications, and change orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, implementing cost control measures and forecasting to ensure profitability and financial viability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
