Manager - Project Controls

This role is for the upcoming Data Center Projects.

Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts for MEP works in interior fit-out projects, data centers, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP work schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams for timely deliverables.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Develop resource allocation and procurement schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with overall project timelines and client milestones.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing.
• Analytical skills for delay analysis and cost impact assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in planning for MEP works in data centers/factories.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
