  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish timely financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and manage monthly or year-end close processes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget and financial forecasts, and analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and revenue recognition.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate business efficiency.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate with external and internal auditors and manage the audit process.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead the accounting team, which may include hiring and training staff.
