Role Overview
This role supports leadership in tracking and improving business performance through clear metrics, timely analysis, and disciplined follow ups. The position focuses on monitoring results, supporting strategy execution, managing project performance, and coordinating across teams to enable faster decision making and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Planning & Monitoring
- Define and track business and project KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
- Prepare periodic performance reports highlighting variances, risks, and corrective actions
- Support leadership reviews with clear, fact based performance insights
Project Performance Management
- Track project performance against cost, schedule, quality, and industry benchmarks
- Coordinate with project teams to collect data, analyse deviations, and drive closures
- Identify early warning signals and support timely corrective actions
Cross Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Planning, SCM, HR, and project teams to ensure timely availability of data and inputs
- Expedite resolution of performance issues through structured follow ups
- Facilitate smooth flow of performance information across teams and leadership
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of business performance management, project controls, and cost control
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, analytics, and MIS reporting
- Structured, analytical problem solving approach
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with tight timelines
- Experience with large / complex projects (infrastructure, EPC, industrial) is an advantage
