General Manager - Tendering

Job Title: General Manager- Tendering & Estimation (MEP)

Reports To: Head – Tendering

Objective: 

To analyse, co-ordinate with various stakeholders and Estimate the Tender Project. To prepare the required technical submission.

Responsibilities:

1. Study the Tender document and prepare the Bid synopsis.
2. Undertake the site visit and prepare the site visit report.
3. Obtain the market rates for all required materials and identify the prospective subcontractors. To prepare subcontractor adjudication.
4. Verify the quantities of various BoQ items in co-ordination with Engineering department.
5. Study thoroughly the Technical specification for estimating the project.
6. Prepare the Tender estimate by first principle method (LMP basis) and get the approval of estimate from the Management
7. Prepare the Technical submission viz. method statement, program etc. as a part of Tender submission.

Skills & Experience:

1. B.E. / B.Tech. Civil
2. 15 Years of experience in Tendering of Infrastructure projects
3. Knowledge of CCS (Candy) will be an added advantage
