1. Electrical Infrastructure Installation
-
- Develop the Commissioning Plan, schedule, and test scripts for mechanical systems across Cx levels (FAT, SAT, MEP, IVC, PFC, FC, IST).
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), MOPs/SOPs/EOPs, and start-up sequences.
- Monitoring installation of Electrical systems, including PDUs, Bus Ducts, HT/LT Panels, UPS, Battery, Generators and Cable in line with design compliance and standards.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints, shop drawings, and if needed, produce design improvements.
- Ensuring records of all incoming equipment & materials at site on delivery and reporting of any deviation/damage to the Construction / Project Manager
- Manage and maintain all critical electrical systems: HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, static transfer switches, PDUs, RPPs, earthing systems, and power panels.

- Establish regular check-ins to ensure subcontractors align with the overall project schedule and to resolve site issues quickly.
- Performs inspections during installation and commissioning, resolves on-site technical issues, and ensures high-quality workmanship.
3. Commissioning & Installation
-
- Support commissioning and testing of electrical systems during new build or capacity expansion phases.
- Validate OEM reports, FAT/SAT results and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Review electrical drawings SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and technical documentation.
4. Compliance, Audits, Safety and Documentation
-
- Prepare and maintain project records, including As-Built drawings, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
- Enforces strict health and safety standards (e.g., SMSTS), conducts site audits, and ensures all installations adhere to legal regulations and electrical codes. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards such as IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and local electrical regulations.
- Support internal/external audits — ISO, uptime, and safety audits.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
-
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Monitor costs, maintain records, and report progress to management
