Deputy General Manager - Cost Control

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs to ensure EPC projects are delivered within approved budgets, with accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost baselines, and forecasts (EAC).
- Track actual vs budgeted costs, commitments, accruals, and variances.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Assess cost impact of changes, variations, and claims.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Construction, and Finance to align physical and financial progress.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, audits, and reporting standards.
- Lead and guide cost engineers / project cost teams at site or HQ.
Key Skills
- Strong EPC cost control and project controls knowledge
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- SAP/ERP, MS Excel; Primavera preferred
- Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering / Finance
- 15-20 years of relevant EPC project cost control experience
