Position Summary |

Responsible for overseeing the management, negotiation, and administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle. |

Responsibilities |
|
|
• Ensure contract review with concern stake holder for all complex & large contracts. • Regular monitoring of contracts for compliance with contract requirements; • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with Company policy. • Must understand legal & tax compliances, legal terminologies and legal complications in Contract and Delivery. • Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence • Ensure specific focus on contract-related issues, such as delivery, payment terms, breach of contract, termination, modifications, Penal Clauses etc. • Stay updated & informed about changes to relevant statuary rules and regulations. |
