Position Summary

Good project management knowledge, with clear understanding of the function. Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the engineering plan at SBG level using MIS reporting and planning tools (incl. Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse reports for monitoring the program on a weekly and monthly basis and conduct timely reviews to identify and mitigate possible risks.
• Preparation of resource requirements/deployment schedule.
• Responsible for monitoring the schedule and highlighting variations.
• Providing support to the managers for planning any alternative, value engineering proposals or changes, as and when required.
• Co-ordination with various team for proper implementation of the program.
• Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues.
• Manpower planning for Engineering function.
• Proficient in tools like Power BI, MS Office will be added advantage
• Good Communication skills

Experience & Education

• B.E in any discipline
• Min 1 year experience using Primavera P6 and Power BI
• Min 4-5 years of experience in planning.
• Preparation of various reports for internal stakeholders / monthly review meetings.
