Relevant Experience

 Quantity take off from drawings for building projects preferably
high rise / mixed use development.
 Cross Verification of the quantity take offs with actual site
measurements.
 Preparation of monthly invoices to the client/ PMC/ cost
consultant.
 Knowledge of taxes, duties, insurances etc.
 Managing the Vendor / subcontractor bills.
 Preparation of MIS reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Preparation of monthly invoices to the client as per contract
conditions and compiling the vendor/ sub contractor bills.
 Quantities take off for materials from drawings and calculation of
cost of the project.
 Recording and preparing variations to the project cost due to
change in the drawings/ specifications.
 Support the planning engineer for preparing the cash flow.
 Implementation of all processes with regard to costing and
forecasting.
 Implementation of change control system.
 Input into the preparation of project risk.
 Preparation of Cost-To-Completion reports.
 Preparation of the full sub-contract cycle.
 Provision of commercial advice to the commercial manager.
 Development and improvement of relationships within Project
Team and with subcontractors and suppliers
 Preparation of and input into Commercial Services
 Preparation of MIS Reports for the management
