  • Managing  Transmission lines, Substation projects  and cross-border stakeholder coordination with utilities, embassies, and contractors.
  • Oversee tendering, subcontractor development, project execution, and crisis management.
  • Spearheading multiple transmission projects as Project Manager from the regional office.
  • Managing projects from post-contract award to successful commissioning, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Co-ordination for Supply Chain Management and other business functions for smooth business operations.
  • Handling contractual communications, safeguarding organizational interests and ensuring compliance.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for all client and customer  communications, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Ensuring  Safety and Quality standards and adhering the key contract points.
  • Project Execution in delivering the projects within the allocated time frame.
  • Planning effectively and optimizing the plan to maximize the project benefits and minimize the risks.
  • Ensuring the baseline scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as per Business Transformation Frameworks.
  • Proactively monitoring project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/ dependencies as they arise throughout the project life cycle.
  • Steering Committee and other stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments and changes including requirements.
  • Analysing project reports and deriving insights to drive the right decisions in the project execution.
  • Producing well-defined project plans & charters, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities / resources in line with the
  • Promoting and taking accountability for project quality; identifying opportunities to improve delivery and oversee the governance
  • Working effectively in a cross-functional team setup, proactively focusing on closing resource gaps.
  • Defining high level responsibilities and objectives for the members of their project team and ensuring the individuals are being used in
  • Acting as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages professionalism.
