Overall purpose and objective of this position

To provide assistance in Project Management Activities to the Project Manager (RCM) of TPL of any site .This mainly consists of Preparing Package wise “Level – 3 Network based on Level – 1 & Level-2 Network already prepared by Planning Engineer at HO for all power generation projects. Also helps the RCM in resource planning

Major responsibilities and function of this position

Preparation of schedule for our Projects; overall Planning for the projects like Monthly, Weekly and daily; Monitoring the progress from our schedule and reporting to RCM,PC,PD if there is any deviation or back log  and providing catch up schedule; Preparation of Daily progress, Monthly Progress and Exception Reports; Coordinate with Various Department for achieving targets. Issuance of letter to client for extra work delay due to lack of front delay, lack of imput, delay in processing of invoice etc Responsible for capturing and reporting delays due to others in monthly reports, issuance of letters for package/ system completion.
