Overall purpose and objective of this position

Responsible to co-ordinate all the activities of the project right from taking over from BD up to handing over to client.  Collection of all receivables and meeting all the set targets. To identify the resources requirement and allocate among different sites according to requirement; plan for movement and optimum utilization of resources ;  To monitor the program vis-à-vis resource availability ; To control the cost of execution; To identify the contractor and monitor the performance.

Major responsibilities and function of this position

Responsible  to take over the project from BD, Co-ordinate  for preparation of L2 schedule, Preparation and get approval of Control budget; co-ordinate with Engineering and design consultant for timely delivery of procurement specification; coordination for issuance of indents; co-ordinate with PD and RCM for site set-up; Follow up with HR for timely placement of manpower at site; Oversee timely approval of engineering and Vendor document; Oversee timely submission and approval of BBU from client ; Oversee timely submission and approval of sub-contractors BBU and timely award of supply; Erection, Construction and EPC packages; Monitoring site progress; Monitoring billing and collection and track short payment; Initiating action for recovery of short payment; Co-ordinate timely reply to client's and contractors letters; Corresponding Contractual letters to client  for delay in giving front , input, drawing/BBU approval , Payment etc.

Work experience, special
training and / or level of
education necessary for
this position

Graduate Engineer with at least 18-25 years experience on various capacities at site.; should have handled contractual labour works; should have worked as site-in charge for 2-3 sites
