Key Responsibilities:
- Making schedules, Planning & allocating locations to sub-contractors.
- Construction & quality maintenance of Foundation, Erection & stringing works.
- Ensuring updating of daily progress, preparation of DPR & co-ordinate with site supervisor & client and report to Project In Charge.
- Project work scheduling and maintaining the project deadlines.
- Co-ordination with Management, Client, Vendors, Senior authorities and Colleagues.
- Preparation of Monthly material consumption of various activities against Sub-contractor RA bills with claimed quantities.
- ROW clearance with the help of Client.
- Experienced with billing (RA), Checklist, Joint Measurement Certificate, measurement book (MB), estimation & monthly budget
preparation.
- Knowledge of deployment of manpower at different stages of activities & proper construction safety rules.
- Coordination of vendor resource allocation according to contract requirement (i.e. Vehicle, Labor, machinery etc.).
- Fix Agenda for Project Review Meeting.
