Job responsibilities of Dy Manager - Construction at Site :

 

Site Management & efficient planning by co-ordination with management team, drawing & design team,
contractors and client.
2. Preparation of weekly report (excel), Daily progress report and weekly work plan as schedule demands.
3. Identifying cost saving opportunities and implementing in actual execution.
4. Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentations to
guide the construction process.
5. Assigning tasks to juniors, supervisors and contractors.
6. Checking and certification of sub-contractor’s RA Bills, Preparation of Physical Work Completion
Certification (PWCC) for client billing.
7. Oversee the daily operations and proper resource management to ensure timely supply of materials.
8. Safety management by ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
