Job Title: Site Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions.
- High level of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Client liaison and management.
- Ability to effectively plan.
- Preparation / consolidation and finalization of various MIS as per requirements.
- Checking all bills, cash vouchers, etc. which received from project and get approval of the same and booked in the SAP System (ensure IFC compliance).
- Vendors’ / contractors’ payments and reconciliation (coordinate with HO commercial Team)
- Debtors control – monitoring, booking & reconciliation of invoices and
- collections and follow up for collection.
- Control On BOQ/WO/PO towards Sub-Contractor/Supplier/Services bills.
- Every month Client Vs Subcontractors quantities (claimed Vs paid) reconciliation
- Coordinating with site Planning Dept, Stores Dept, Head office coordinators and Internal Auditors.
- Rent Schedule updating with rental agreements (Office, Store, Guest House and family accommodations)
- Monthly Stock Statement Verification and send to HO
- Reconciliation of Steel, Cement, Conductor & etc.
- Preparation of Provision for Expenses with Proper approvals and pass the necessary entries
