Job Title: Site Accountant

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions.
  • High level of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Client liaison and management.
  • Ability to effectively plan.
  • Preparation / consolidation and finalization of various MIS as per requirements.
  • Checking all bills, cash vouchers, etc. which received from project and get approval of the same and booked in the SAP System (ensure IFC compliance).
  • Vendors’ / contractors’ payments and reconciliation (coordinate with HO commercial Team)
  • Debtors control – monitoring, booking & reconciliation of invoices and
  • collections and follow up for collection.
  • Control On BOQ/WO/PO towards Sub-Contractor/Supplier/Services bills.
  • Every month Client Vs Subcontractors quantities (claimed Vs paid) reconciliation
  • Coordinating with site Planning Dept, Stores Dept, Head office coordinators and Internal Auditors.
  • Rent Schedule updating with rental agreements (Office, Store, Guest House and family accommodations)
  • Monthly Stock Statement Verification and send to HO
  • Reconciliation of Steel, Cement, Conductor & etc.
  • Preparation of Provision for Expenses with Proper approvals and pass the necessary entries
