Job Responsibilities of Deputy Manager at TL Projects :
Ensuring all the construction work is carried out in accordance with Safety & Quality standards.
Adherence to the SOP’s for work & timely submission, processing of JMC’s.
Analytical & problem-solving approach in execution to achieve the targets.
Involved in project planning, construction activities with resource mapping with respect to time frame.
Cost & result oriented actions to take up works several savings ideas.
Co-ordinating with contractors and team for smooth execution & resource planning.
Foundation casting, Tower Erection, Conductor, Earth wire & OPGW stringing, commissioning etc. as per relevant checklists, protocols, contract specifications and manufacturer’s instructions.
Knowledge on ULE & RC foundations, Mix designs concrete up to M30.
Monitoring and cross checking of Preliminary, Detail, Check Survey.
Progress without compromising in quality and safety.
Material, Machinery and Manpower planning for project execution within time.
Preparation and Monitoring of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Preparation of running/ final bills of sub-contractors and Client.
Preparing of JMC’s and checks lists for Foundation, Erection and Stringing works.
Preparation Material, tools indents and BOQ of complete project.
Implementation of Quality for Foundation, Tower Erection & Stringing Activities.
Monitor subcontractor’s activities for compliance with Safety and Quality requirements.
Inspect/supervise the construction activities during execution and ensure the works are carried out as per project specification, standards, method statement and QC requirements.
Good Inter-personal Skills to co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants, Suppliers, Contractors and other Cross functions to resolve issues.
Getting ROW and local clearances.
Store maintenance & checking of daily stock balance.
Preparation of Material Consumption & Reconciliation statement.
