Position: Lead MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Role Purpose

Lead and manage all MEP engineering, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for EPC projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end MEP project execution, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Utility systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, clients, and contractors.
  • Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, resources, and progress.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEP materials and equipment.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
  • Drive quality compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues and implement value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage MEP contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in EPC, industrial, infrastructure, commercial building, or construction projects.
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Building Services systems.
  • Experience in project execution, contractor management, and commissioning.
  • Knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project), AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
