Job Responsibilities of Project Co-ordinator (Assistant Manager - Projects) :

 

- Resource management.

- Vendor management.

- Customer interaction, management, grievience handling and overall monitoring of project.

- Payment follow up, Billing & Collection.

- Manpower deployment plan, Resource allocation, payment to vendors.

- Preparation of PO, Resolving SAP issues.

- Material planning.

- Progress monitoring, Preparation of various MIS reports.

- DPR, MPR.

- Presentations.

- Close co-ordination for timely delivery of materials at site.

- Communications (Verbal, Written and Meetings) with all Stakeholders.

- Overall responsible for Site execution follow up and support to project team.
