Job responsibilities of Senior Officer - Stores at Project Site :
- Preparing MIS Reports for both Package G & F with respect to Physical stock and Ledger vs SAP.
- Preparing Requisition as per project requirements in SAP(Indent/PR/PO)
- Preparing Monthly Hiring, Log sheet, spare & fuel consumption statement for company plants & Machinery.
- Preparing Monthly reconciliation statements against sub-contractor bills (Foundation, Erection & Stringing.
- Working in all store entries in SAP Module (Receipt, Issues, Returns & reconciliation statements, spares consumption in MM Module).
- Issuing steel as per site requirement regarding site location foundation type & Classification.
- Maintaining all Plant & Machineries like (Ajax Fiori, Hydra & TSE Machines).
- Site Purchase as per requirement.
- Maintaining all types of Stores Ledger.
- Visited Quarterly Internal Audit for other stores.
- Preparation of Sub Contractor Recovery Statement.
- To review inventories for obsolete/slow moving or passed shelf.
