Job responsibilities of Store Manager at Project Site :

  • Receipt of material by checking of invoice/challan & PO & Store them in order
  • Making GRN in SAP for receipt of material within 24 hours. And attached document
  • Material receipt shortage/damage at a time of unloading and signature of driver taken on LR if any and report to all concerned within 24 hour receipt of material.
  • Preparing GRN in SAP for the material receipt within 24 hour receipt of material
  • Issue slip are posted in SAP with SAP document no. & date written on it within issue of materials.
  • Preparing SAP challan for the material transfer to other site/project
  • Codification of Materials
  • Maintaining files & all Document each material separately
  • Preparation of Contractors Debit Note
  • Maintaining of soft copy MRR & material issue detail to subcontractor / Departmental
  • Monthly Physical verification of all material
  • Identification of defective T&P for servicing
  • Dispatch of Excess materials to various projects site
  • Maintaining soft copy Records item wise & Contractor wise
  • Co-ordination store data entry operation regular basis and running the store record system through SAP.
