Job responsibilities of Deputy Manager (Stores) :
- Responsibility of Pre-Receipt Process, Receipt Process, Storage & Preservation, Issue Process, Scrap Disposal, Physical Verification, Control System in Store, Best Practices & Saving Evaluation.
- Inventory control with modern technique FIFO, maintaining & updating of ERP/SAP system.
- Analyze ABC Analysis for Inventory Management
- Maintain Documentation and 5S Technique at Site Level.
- Reporting, reconciliation of materials, identification of slow, non-moving & scrap materials.
- Cycle inventory stock verification on daily basis, analysis of vendor performance & price variance.
- Review non-moving & surplus materials & transfer plan to projects other sites when where requirements.
- Define Min-Max Inventory in SAP (for selected Groups i.e. Lubricants, Spares & Fast-moving
- Monitoring to material Ageing analysis & material self-life review on monthly.
- Responsibility of Material Requisition Plan, Store Stock Availability, Surplus Inquiry, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Requisition Release Strategy, Quotation Process, Price Negotiation, Price Comparison Chart, Approval Process, Purchase Order, Purchase Order Terms Condition, Purchase Order Release Strategy, Stock Transfer Order, In-Transit, E-way Bill Process
- Responsibility of Good Received Note, Good Issue Note, Good Return Note, according to Standard Operating Process
- Responsibility of Standard Operating Process of Material Issue to Vendor/Subcontractor & Reconciliation, Sale Process
- Knowledge & Certification Process of BOQ material of Projects requirement
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable, proper inspection of material i.e., Quantity, Quality, MRP, Make, Model, Serial No, OEM No, Shortage, Damaged & Rejection Process.
- Process of Excess, Shortage, Damaged or Rejection Material, immediately inform to concern purchaser for further action
- Knowledge of Heavy Machinery Spare Parts, Grade wise material consumption in RMC, Minor Equipment, It Equipment, Survey Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Bulk Aggregate, Coarse Sand, Cement, TMT Steel Structural Steel, Major & Minor Shuttering, Bitumen’s, LDO, FO, & Other Consumable Material, which is required in Substation T&D projects
- Knowledge of Cycle Physical Inventory Process in SAP, Physical vs SAP System on Regular Basis
- Knowledge of Data Management System (DMS), Management Information System (MIS)
Daily Material Report (DMR) Stock Status Report (SSR) update specific formats as per management requirements.
- Knowledge of storage material in Store, Type wise, Group wise, Item wise, as well as Row Rack Bin updated in SAP system
- Knowledge of Reconciliation of SAP transaction process for clarity and re-verification/correction
- Improve the Control System on material issuance where material is not required
- Knowledge of Vendor/Subcontractor material reconciliation process as well as absconding status, sale & clearance process
- Knowledge of (Diesel) MOBA Fuel Dispense Monitoring (FDMS) System and Integrated Automation SAP & MOBA Auto Transaction
- Knowledge of MOBA Automatic Tank Guage (ATG) System & Fuel Level Monitoring System (FLMS)
- Analyze (FSN) Fast Slow None Moving items and forecast further plan
- Designated of storage area for materials in store i.e., Inspection, Rejection, Dispatch, FOC & Repairing Zone.
- Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage & review time to time stock min-max levels and make key decisions about stock control as per projects requirement.
- Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development as well as motivational award
- Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues, value addition, manage risk management
- Process Implementation of MIS, Audit, Supply Chain, Outside Repair, FOC, Under Warranty, suggested as per management requirement
- Visiting to other Projects for exchanging innovation idea towards overall cost reducing, storage preservation and handling of new technique.
- Analyze to new creative ideas which is benefits to organization, cost saving evaluation, time saving, smooth & smart work.
- Knowledge of Store Opening & Closure projects initiative plan for safe and economic diversion and resources.
