Job responsibilities of Site QMD (Assistant Manager)
 Preparing MQP, FQP and QAP.
 Site execution- Planning for Erection, Testing
 Preparing SOP’s Substations as well as Process sop’s
 Expert in Manufacturing Process & supplier quality inspection.
 Vendor Certification as per the ISO standards.
 Material Dispatch clearance &certification with SAP QM
 In process Inspections and supplier items verification& Testing.
 Implementing new Kaizen ideas and Poka-yoke.
 Inward material Inspections.
 SPC Data analysis at Plants and sites.
 Statistical analysis by using the Trends & charts at Tableau BI tools.
 Material Quality clearance through SAP QM.
 Problem solving by using 7QC Tools, PDCA cycles and CAPA.
 Mechanization implementations at plants and fields.
 Field failure analysis PFMEA.
 Document preparation at Plants and fields as per the IMS.
 Factory & site routine Tests conducting
 COPQ analysis on rejected reworks and damaged quantity.
 Conducting Quality Trainings for staff on the process.
 Vendor inspections on electrical and Tower structures fabricated materials.
 All substation equipment tests conducting.
 Erection activities inspections of 765 Kv, 400KV, 230KV, 110kV& 66kV GIS Equipment’s.
 Erection activities inspection of Power Transformer, UPS, Battery chargers, HV/LV Cable Laying & Cable termination and Testing & Commissioning activities.
 In depth knowledge on Mechanical & Civil Quality
 Capacity having in handling of multiple projects
 Complete FQP implementation of CIVIL,Electrical and Mechanical works
