Job responsibilities of Deputy Manager (Strores) at project :
- Ensuring Physical verifications consumable/client/ P&M materials 8 times in every month
- Ensuring EHS policy implementation as per company policy.
- Indent creation as per site requirement with proper reconciliation of previous stock.
- Maintain proper inventory accuracy to avoid stock out and excess stock.
- Ensuring 100% SAP implementation in every transaction (On material receipt, issue)
- Input VAT / TAX reconciliation for every month.
- Monitoring vehicles and other machinery movement, HSD reconciliation and payment follow-up on monthly basis.
- Monitoring 3 stores with 10 subordinates and based communication with other team members.
- Monitoring the lead times of every item from indent creation to upto material delivery.
- Monitoring vendor performance in regard of supplied items quality, packaging method and delivery lead time.
- Ensuring BIN card system for all items and keep them upto date.
- Meets the client quality and safety audit points and closes all observations in given time flame if any.
- Complete warehouse setup done as per company SOP and following FIFO method for smooth inward and outward of materials.
- Implemented 5S methodology in store operating procedure by which it is ensured that store/ Warehouse being operated as upto date in the direction of standardization in process.
- Invitation for inspection and IMIR (Inward materials inspection Report) done for all incoming client materials with internal QAQC person and client person within 2 days.
- 3PL (Third party logistics) process implemented for all inter/Intra state transaction of materials within the organization.
- Ensured 100% attendance punching before duty start in WISA application for both labors and supporting staffs.
- Monitoring Inventory ageing and carried out 8 times PSV (Physical stock verification) for both consumable and client supply items. Reports are stored for future reference.
- Scarp identification and disposal done by periodically to reduce waste from store premises through proper channel.
- Ensured to maintain a stock level to minimize huge / Stock-out condition get hassle free for site execution.
- Apply lean management and functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects and Capability building of team members, planning their skill enhancement, training to team members.
- Material reconciliation with vendor against PO wise and foreclosure of PO’s.
- Material reconciliation with contractors on monthly basis with cross functional key concerns and record keeping in order to minimize the absconding material cost
