Job responsibilities of Site QMD Lead on Deputy Manager - Quality for Projects :
- Planning and coordinating of Foundation, Erection, Stringing, works related with field as a Principal Employee as per Specification of the contract.
- Implementation and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001:2000.
- As per ISO 9001:2015 Internal audit whole Job & Other Job for all activity.
- Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, QC plan and Work Instructions.
- 100% Inspection / Tests with coordinating of client/Third party representative and 100 % document submit timely as per SFQP/TS to client/Third party office
- Ensure fulfillment of all inspection & test requirements at all stages as per the contract requirements.
- To Record the non-conformities, initiate corrective actions to close on time and verify its effectiveness
- Maintaining Field Quality Plan (FQP).
- Preparation of JMC and MB recording.
- Coordination from Cluster & HQ
Deliverables:
1. Ensuring implementation of Quality Management System as per approved Quality Manual and Contract requirement.
2. Implementation of Procedures / Work methods through orientation.
3. Conducting QMS Training Program & Induction for Staff to create awareness on Project Quality requirements.
4. Organize/ conduct Induction to workmen during screening at site.
5. Conduct regular Pep-talk on Quality to workmen engaged at Site.
6. Maintain in-house testing facility at site and ensuring fitness of equipment’s for accuracy & purpose.
7. Conducting stage-wise quality inspection & tests as per ITP for construction materials and activities.
8. Organizing for Quality Audits at site.
9. Conducting vendor inspection for approval and for dispatch of outsourced items.
10. Liaise with Customer for Quality related matters.
11. Issue Observation & NCR for deviation of work/ process observed through regular site walk-down. Monitor ageing & control of Non-conformance and timely disposal of NC.
12. Implementing effective corrective action for Customer Complaints & NCR for continuous improvement.
13. Organize and Conduct periodic Management Review Meeting to discuss performance of QMS.
14. Organize & conduct Quality Motivational Program for Staff, Supervisors & Workmen.
15. Identify & implement best practices and measure improvements.
