HRIT Specialist/Manager
- Manage and oversee our organization's human resources information technology systems.
- Manage and maintain HRMS and other HR-related attendance systems (Face reading/Bio-metric etc), ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify and implement technology solutions to support HR strategy and goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems and applications.
- Ensure 100% functional efficiency of various attendance systems installed across projects. Provide user training and support to HR team members and employees on HR technology platforms.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration and alignment of HR technology with other enterprise systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR technology platforms, including HRMS, payroll systems, and other HR-related applications.
- Work closely with the HR team to identify and implement technology solutions to support the organization's HR strategy and goals. Co-ordinate with all departments on resource/IT issues relating HRMS.
